Insurance.

Commercial public liability cover for drone operations. Production policy for ground-based work and equipment, with drone operations covered separately under the dedicated commercial drone policy.

Civil Aviation Authority compliance.

Active workflows

  • All flights conducted by GVC-qualified pilots under the company's Operational Authorisation

Risk assessments and onboarding

  1. 01 Site-specific risk assessments and method statements are drafted per shoot. They cover drone operations, MEWP work where required, public exclusion zones, and emergency procedures.
  2. 02 Documents are submitted to your principal contractor in your preferred format: Procore, Asite, BIM360, or PDF.
  3. 03 Standard turnaround on a new site risk assessment and method statement is three working days.
  4. 04 Operational Authorisation reference and pilot certificates are available on request.

Data, NDA and GDPR.

UK-resident hosting

All footage, stills and data are stored on UK-resident infrastructure. Working files are retained for 24 months by default for time-lapse continuity. Final deliverables are retained for the duration of the contract plus 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

NDA standard

NDAs are standard before mobilisation. We will sign your NDA template or provide our own. Roughly a third of our active work is under NDA.

GDPR for individuals on site

Workers, residents, and members of the public visible in delivered media are blurred or redacted on request, free of charge. Footage of identifiable individuals is handled under our written GDPR policy.
